All memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the their term. Example: A Member joins on the 10th of the month, his/her membership will automatically be renewed the 10th at the end of their term. It is each Member's responsibility to cancel 15 days prior to the renewal date if the membership is to be terminated. I agree and understand that this is an Automatic Renewing Membership and must give notice no later than 15 days in advance of the renewal date. To cancel your membership, you can either follow the link on our homepage that mentions 'Cancel', or go to http://www.myrxfinder.com/ccbill and follow the cancel button.

This entire agreement between you and us, supersedes prior agreements regarding its subject matter. Whenever new services become available, your use of them will be under this Agreement unless we notify you otherwise. You must comply with any additional terms which apply to third-party content, software or other services. We may change this Agreement at any time as we desire. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the changes in the new version of the Agreement.

2. Scope of Service: All contents of the Service are provided for information purposes only. You also agree that you will not give out log-ins and/or passwords to other users. We reserve the right to cancel any Membership, without refund, if we discover that a Membership account is being used by more than one person, or if a log-in/password is given to another person.

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions: All comments, feedback, suggestions and ideas disclosed, submitted or offered to the Service or in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments"), shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Service and may be used in any medium and for any purpose worldwide without obtaining your specific consent. Your name may be used with any Comments you submit. Although this is rare and consent is usually asked for and obtained. Currently, your information is kept strictly private, however, in the future we retain the right to pass information to another party for the purposes of resale. 8. If you have a complaint about our service and wish to have your money returned, please contact us and we will handle the situation from that stand point. We will need an explanation of why you are requesting a refund so we can provide a better service to future customers. Failure to do so will result in no refund. We will also not honor refunds to anyone who attempts to make threats to our business, or carries themselves in a threatening behavior.

This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Texas, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The parties expressly stipulate to jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas, or the United States District Court, Dallas, Texas District, as appropriate.
